In celebration of the Georgetown Texas Red Poppy Festival that kicked off tonight I will share with you another angle of the Red Poppy Field I came across in downtown Georgetown. Come on out and join us at the Parade tomorrow morning 10AM.
Hi! I just moved to TX from MI. I am in love with the TX wildflowers! I haven't seen these red ones yet, but I have stopped to photograph the blue bonnets and indian paintbrushes. They aren't up on my blog yet because my laptop died and I shoot in RAW so I have to have the right software and...you see how it snowballs? LOL!
Thanks All, Jennifer, the only place I have seen these Red Poppy is out and around Downtown Georgetown, TX. I know they can be found in other places but I had nto seen them either until we moved to Georgetown.
